extra a real bonus and a real treat that I am sure you are going to love.

You know sometime last year my dear friends Adam Bello and David Kazzoni got in touch with me and asked me if I would like to participate in an anthology that they were putting together

called Jewish Priorities.

I thought the idea was really charming.

Find a bunch of really, really, really smart Jewish writers and thinkers and policy makers and

me, and then ask all these people, hey, what do you think is the most urgent Jewish priority?

The one thing that all of us need to just stop and pay attention to and do right away.

It was always kind of a neat idea.

But then came October 7, and Jewish priorities just changed

and became way more urgent and the discussions we were having became much more pressing and concrete. And so we did the one thing the Jews

know how to do best. We got together in a big room with lots of pagals and coffee and

cream cheese and had a day long discussion at

the Witesman Museum of Jewish American History in Philadelphia and look if you

were there you know how amazing it was.

But if you weren't, don't worry, because we recorded the whole thing.
