Jonathan. We're back. We are back. It's felt so long. In fact, he has to be. Exactly. And we should

apologize because we said we would be gone for July and in the end we were gone for the whole of the

summer. So apologies to unholy listeners, but we are now back.

I like it when you apologize. Indeed, return of the Yidai. So it's our second season,

to those of you just joining us now, here's a recap. What are we actually doing here? I'm here

for the snacks. What are you doing here, Jonathan? Well, we are two Jews on the news. It's the two of us,

isn't it, talking about what's gone on inside Israel,

outside Israel, in the wider Jewish world, and in the wider world, kibbutzing away and

going back and forth. And in fact, well placed to do, I would say, because at least one of us

is absolutely across what's going on in Israel. You are Israel's foremost news broadcaster.

Everyone in Israel gets the news from you.

And so nobody really better place to offer commentary on what is going on in that country.

Yes.

And for anyone who doesn't know who Jonathan is, which what have you been reading your whole life?
