things concurrently that was making their fan bases sick and a lot of Jets fans or Mets fans

and vice versa the whole deal as you're watching the Buccaneers come back and win this game

after the blocked field goal touchdown by Will McDonald.

You're also watching the Mets have these terrible things happen to them against the Washington

Nationals, unbelievable defensive plays, like actually unbelievable defensive plays.

And then, of course, them not being able to get that big hit with runners in scoring position.

So, yeah, I mean, this is, this was you watched essentially a season that you didn't expect a ton out of,

but now you know for a fact that the Jets are never, they're not going anywhere.

They're not even going to get close to the playoffs.

So you're seeing them go 0 in 3.

And then you're watching your team, your baseball team, fall out of the playoffs

at the same time in September. Which is remarkable. So both of these teams, if you're a Jets

Mets fan, right now, their October means nothing. Right now. It could change, but as we sit here

today, there's a good chance that October for a Mets and a Jets fan means nothing. The Mets won't be playing, and the Jets will be playing a relevant football game. Yeah, well, they're behind the Reds right now, and now they've got to go to the Cubs, then they go to the Marlins. You can see it going down to the Marlins like the last game, and then the Mets losing the game to the Marlins. I mean, this is a series that they should have swept.

Game two of this series was just absolutely atrocious

in extra innings and just the amount of opportunities that they had

that they did not cash in on.

And I know that Alvarez hits the ball hard,

but he hits into a double play.

And then, you know, it always seems like Siri seems to come up in these key spots. And he's not going to do anything. No. I mean, it's just, it's amazing. But I will say I go back to what I was saying about Nimmo and McNeil. And thinking about it is the amount of times that they had guys in scoring position and did not come through.
