We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.

It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain

where Jesus who went before us has entered on our behalf.

I think if there is one way to describe the people of a postmodern era, it is anchorless.

I mean, we have an anchor for the soul?

My reaction is, no we don't, not anybody who has an anchor for the soul.

I mean, nearly everyone I can think of, and especially those who might be considered more sort of culturally postmodern than maybe some of us dinosaurs,

but they are adrift. The world is a drift. An anchor for the soul? You're going to be

kidding me. Who has an anchor for the soul? What's this anchor for the soul?

And wouldn't it be phenomenal to have one?

Ransomed Hart podcast and we are actually in the last two of a series that we began feels like in 2009 on worldview. How did Jesus look at life?

I don't even like the phrase worldview because it just conjures up so many other programs and stuff. But how did Jesus look at life? What are the assumptions that he lives by? And so we want to give just two more podcast to that.

So glad that you're listening in with us and today, Craig, you suggested that we need to do one on the future.

Why? I mean, why is that on your heart?

Why does that fit into, you know, kind of vital? is that

the vital core assumptions.

Yeah, I think if we're talking about the assumptions that Jesus makes that shape how we interpret

our life and the world, our relationships, the troubles that unfold in our lives and circumstances.
