0:20.1	Well, when I graduated from college, my little sister and I went to Italy.
0:23.6	And I remember we went to the Uffizi, a museum that's in Florence.
0:27.6	And it houses some of the greatest Renaissance art in Italy, second only probably to the Vatican.
0:34.6	But I was like maybe some of you, I didn't really appreciate Renaissance
0:39.3	art as a 22-year-old. And so I remember after we had been to several museums on this trip,
0:45.7	we had no tour guide, no audio guide. It just all started to look the same to me. It's a lot of
0:51.3	Virgin Mary, a lot of baby Jesus, and a lot of statues of Greek
0:55.6	people in various states of undress. And so by the time we got to the Euphizi, it was just kind of like
1:00.4	Mary, Jesus, naked guy, just kind of walking through, I wasn't really paying attention.
1:05.0	Until I remember, there was one time I turned a corner and I was arrested in front of this one painting.
1:13.6	And it was done by the great Michelangelo in a style very different from the day.
1:18.8	He used vibrant colors.
1:20.8	And it was of Mary and baby Jesus, but it was so different from the others.
1:25.0	It was them like at a picnic.
1:27.2	They were on a field and the baby was climbing up over the others. It was them like at a picnic. They were on a field,
1:28.3	and the baby was climbing up over her shoulder,
1:31.8	and all the little details, it looked so real.
1:36.3	It was like you could almost, if you waited, see the move.
1:40.2	That if you leaned in, you could hear their conversation.
