Well, howdy?

Howdy. Oh, man. All right. Let's get right to it. Let's get right to it. Last summer,

I had a chance to go back to Seattle,

where my family and I lived for over a decade

before God moved us back to God's country here in Texas.

And some differences there,

but that's a whole other story between those two places.

I was back in Seattle last summer and we were at

Emily's family's house and had the opportunity to have dinner with some unexpected guests.

There were some family friends of Emily's parents in town and there were this French couple

that were visiting them. They've known for decades and they've been kind of slowly inviting this couple into a life of following Jesus

over years and years of just faithfulness and friendship.

And I just remember this part.
