The Lord invites us to ask, seek, and knock.

Pastor Greg Lory points out that God wants us, wants us to come to him in prayer.

Jesus said, it is your father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

This is the day when the lost are found.

This is the day for a moment again.

Amazing grace, now we're the strong.

Again, you hear the holy angels of singing.

This is the day the day we're lost again.

Some people are very warm and welcoming.

They might say, hey, come by our place.

Anytime, really, our door is always open.

Really, anytime, like two in the morning, will the door be open then?

It's sort of a figure of speech, maybe a little overly welcoming.

But today on a new beginning, Pastor Greg Lory points out when God invites us to come to him in prayer,

he absolutely means it.

And surprisingly, Jesus actually prayed for us.
