About age, the age of the predator.

And some people have criticized the investigations

because once in a while we find an alleged predator who's

18 years old, 19 years old, and the decoy in that case is 14 or 15.

And the question is, is that enough of an age difference to justify, exposing somebody,

putting them on camera, subjecting them to my withering cross-examination and criminal prosecution ultimately.

You've heard me talk about this.

I don't think there's a big difference between the danger posed by an 18 or 19-year-old

and a 38 or 39-year-old.

Now, when it comes to punishment, when it comes to allowing somebody a second chance, allowing somebody to get treatment,

allowing somebody to have the opportunity to go back and not offend ever again,

I think you're more successful with somebody who is younger.

And I think experts in the field of mental health and psychiatry would agree.
