for having me. We jump right in, as usual, with the book. You identify first a certain tendency

on many Christians' parts to go a little soft on biblical truth, to let

a little doubt slip into their faith in the guise of what, what, charity or tolerance?

But this is actually a serious change in Christianity itself, isn't it?

100%. I mean, what we're seeing here is not just a secondary difference. This is actually,

it's a major primary theological change in the faith, where we are seeing a, what I would call,

a terrestrial Jesus being presented. A, it's the He Getsus campaign Jesus. It's the historical Jesus.

If people are familiar with that term from a theological standpoint, I don't mean the Jesus

who actually lived. I mean the Jesus according to the quest for the historical Jesus theology.

And that specifically looks at a Jesus who is really more of a great social justice warrior than the Savior of the world.

And this is becoming, you know, I think it started a little fringe, and with deconstruction movements,

with the push and the growth of progressive Christianity, it is becoming much more common to see this type of language really front and center in some major churches in this nation.

So it's getting to the point to where this is truly a primary Christian crisis

and something I think that every believer needs to be aware of.

You use the term woke, which, what's that term, about 10 years old now, nine years old.

But you know what you just said? You're talking about a longer-term trend.
