Because the one thing I wish I had as a teenage girl was Jesus. And as evidenced, I can't

promise I won't get emotional during this, during this live because y'all, the eating disorder plagued me my entire life,

and I'll tell you kind of where it started exactly.

I want to first kind of give a disclaimer to this episode,

and I want to say that I know this is a touchy sensitive subject

for a lot of people. And that it's kind of one of those taboo things because we don't really

like to talk about food. It's, I don't know, it's, there's like an element of shame and guilt underneath that.

But you got to remember who the author of guilt and shame is, right?

The Lord brings conviction, but the enemy brings guilt and shame.

So we know that he's the author of those feelings and that he's a liar.

And so that's why I really do want to speak to this.

It's been on my heart for a while.

It's kind of something I always push off.

I'm like, no, I don't want to talk about this because it is such a personal, vulnerable topic for me.
