Greetings. Welcome to the Pastor Mike Job podcast. I'm your host, Mike Householder, and I'm joined by my co-host Emily Lang Paul.

Hello. Hi, Emily. Here we are. We're doing it. We're back. We're back. Yeah. For season six,

they tell me of our podcast from our humble little basement studio here at Lutheran Church of Hope,

never been more excited for the content of this. This season, we're going to

zoom in on the Gospels. That's what we're doing as a church. Together, we're calling it Jesus for real

one year, four Gospels, Infinite Hope. And it is infinite hope that we're led to as we dive into God's

word. We're already experiencing that just a few weeks in. So the purpose of the podcast is to take deeper, the things that we're reading.

Together as a church family, we're taking the slow tour, the cruise, if you will,

through the gospels, sending out daily devotions, daily Bible readings.

People can jump right in.

You can catch up, too.

It wouldn't be hard to catch up if you haven't

started. So purpose of the podcast is to drill deeper into these readings that we're doing

and the sermons that we're hearing for the sake of growing in our faith, for the sake of

spiritual growth, but also not just like, okay, well, we want to know more, but for the sake of

being able to apply it to our daily lives. I mean, it's God's word. It changes everything.

Yeah, yeah. It leads to really good conversation and a lot of learning.

It really does. So thanks for joining us. Grab a Bible, pull up a chair, and yeah, we'll get started. But let's introduce our distinguished panel of brilliant pastors. Yes, with us today. Lead Pastor of Outreach, Pastor Jeremy Johnson. Hi, Jeremy. Hello, it's good to be here. So much fun to be here. Can't wait for this season. Not just to be here for this episode, but like all of you, to be able to follow along. and it's just an incredible part of what we do here at Hope. Yeah, and lead pastor of spiritual growth, Pastor Amanda Netball. Yeah, very glad to be here. It's really exciting to have these opportunities for people to grow and learn who Jesus is and what that means for their lives and lean into that. So yeah, it's a really exciting year. It's a really exciting time and

happy to be here. Thank you. Yeah, we got two of our best for sure. And I feel like we should have a little
