0:06.8	Therefore, as a church, we will lead the way with irrational generosity
0:11.5	because we truly believe it's more blessed to give than to receive.

0:21.9	And we, what we've been doing if you're new with us is for four weeks during this month.
0:27.7	What we're doing is we're looking at different values of our church.
0:31.0	If you are leading any type of organization, what you want to do is create some values
0:35.7	that will help create culture.
0:37.7	One of our values is big faith.
0:39.8	We like to say that we are big thinking, bet the farm, risk takers.
0:43.4	We will never insult God with small thinking or safe living.
0:47.6	One of our values is serving.
0:49.6	We are not spiritual consumers.
0:51.6	We are spiritual contributors.
0:53.7	The church does not exist for us.
0:55.5	But we are the church and we exist for the world.
0:59.2	Today, I want to talk to you about a value that honestly was not one of the original seven values
1:05.2	when we started the church in 1996.
1:08.3	Don't miss the power of this.
