Well, I think the police commissioner here in New York is terrific.

I even told President Trump that on this show two days ago, Jessica Tish is doing a

great job. You know, the city is not free of crime. Obviously, it's a big city, but she's doing a

terrific job. And she's down by the memorial this morning. We just spoke to Frank Siller. Let's go back

to the memorial and talk to the PC, my friend Jessica Tish. Jesse, good

Thank you for hopping on. Look, 9-11, 23 members of the NYPD died, and you've lost nearly 500 more

and eight civilians from 9-11 related diseases.

So certainly, Jess, as the leader of the greatest police force in the world, today is a difficult day for you.

A very solemn day for the city and, of course, for the New York City Police Department.

But, you know, Sid, you've heard me talk many times about the nobility of policing.

When we talk about the nobility of policing, we think about people who run towards the danger

when everyone else is running away. And if you think about what our New York City police officers

and our firefighters did, 24 years ago on 9-11, they ran towards that danger. They ran into those buildings.
