Hey guys, welcome to episode 69 of the JV club with my dear friend Jessica Mackinson.

I have taken a week off for the 4th of July.

Listen, I'm going to be honest with you.

I'm using the 4th of July as a national holiday as an excuse to not have released an episode.

The reality is, I am going to be gone for so long in Canada that I thought that I had recorded enough episodes in advance.

The darned of it is, that's not an expression, the darned of it is,

I am going to be there an extra week, and so I knew that I was going to need to take a hiatus and

as it turns out what could be a better reason than the birth of our nation so

hope everybody had a splendid 4th of July,

She's a very dear friend of mine. I sort of encapsulate all the different

things we've done together while I'm speaking with her in the episode, so I'm not going to

spend a lot of time on that. I do want to get some shout-outs out there. I don't have many and I'm going to be behind

in shout-outs guys because I'm recording these intros well in advance. But I do want to thank

Lou C for trying to send me a letter. Lou hopefully I'll get that letter at my post office

box address. Julie M thank you so much for the recommendation to watch the

HBO documentary special Miss You Can Do It. I cannot wait to watch it and I thoroughly

look forward to it. I feel that I'm going to be recommending it to the listener. Can we agree on that?
