Jessica Lynn Garino was a 21 year old from Goldsboro, North Carolina.

She had two sisters and had been the manager of a Wendy's.

Around January 22nd, 2012, Jessica's roommate, a man she had known for a few years, said she took off with

her dog and clothes for no reason.

He said he had no idea where Jessica went.

She was never seen again.

I'm at Denzel and this is unfound. So, I've never been a homeowner so I'll ask all of you out there, what are some of the worst things that can

happen after you buy a house?

I'm guessing among many different answers is that somebody moves in next to you who you can't stand.

The guy who won't cut his grass.

The woman who tattletales on you that you're breaking some HOA law that really no one cares about.

The couple who moves in with teenagers, then when the parents are gone, the kids have rip-roaring parties with cars parked in the yard,

drunk adolescents jumping off the roof into the pool, and blasting nickelback.

Really, some of these people can ruin a beautiful situation.

And I should say having been a renter all my life, it's kind of the same thing.

Having good people who live above you or below you or beside you can make all the difference in whether you like an apartment or not.

The problem is none of us get to choose these people.

You either have good luck or bad luck.

And over the course of living in a house for say 40 years, your luck may change several times.

Well in the case of Jessica Garino, everyone thought she had a decent guy living next door to her in Tennessee.

Then everything changed after a trip to New York City.

And somehow they ended up meeting again a year later in North Carolina, secretly becoming roommates.
