I was going to say, I recorded this episode of Jesse a few months back,

and I'm really glad it's the last one of the year because I think that it

I started the show this year and I think that Jesse tells a story in the middle of this that that for me

hits on so many of the themes that we all talk about and as we all

head into the new year I know I'm going to go back and listen to it again and and

her story is one of at first making a choice that I think was not not

in her best interest and for the wrong reasons and I think all of us hit these moments when we could go left or right and when we allow fear or conventional

thinking to have too loud a voice.

And I was really brave and Jesse to talk about it and I'm so glad that
