I think there are a couple of things.

I think, I mean, on the one hand, you know, you think you just want to send condolences to his family and the people that knew him personally. You know, he lived until 84, but it's always incredibly sad to lose a loved one. I think beyond that, I guess there are a couple of things. Jesse Jackson's name might be familiar to people. He's been, as you say, a fixture of American politics and the American civil rights movement.
