Well I mean, I know very little about preschools.

I did go to one and I faintly remember it. It was a

Yeah, I guess for the listeners who are not in West LA, the idea of preschools the and it's on the west side of LA though it's it's totally different it's you have to apply to get in and there's this fervor with parents and there's you know cutthroat things and like these parents are to kind of a walk a lot of them

walking all over each other it's a little nuts because what happens is the you know the

preschool you're going into these private schools and most places don't have as many

private schools as West LA would have or at least the good private schools and you know our public system is

You know as as we probably all know who live in LA, one of the least admirable public schools,

the LA USDA, USDA.

So a lot of these private schools pop up, West LA, when we have a preschool that kind of

feeds in a bunch of different schools, it's a good

thing to be involved with because there's a lot of really good preschools and we come into that

market and we can actually do a lot of really good things before the kids graduate on.
