I, radio show host, TJ, host of the TJ show with friends, am now here with my wife, Jess.

Yes, hello.

This has been something that we've been doing for quite a little while.

Yep.

And Jess decided she was going to abandon me this past week.

With very little warning, she decided to go on a special trip to Chicago.

There was lots of warning.

Yeah, well, she wanted to go to Chicago and took our children with her.

Because it's So easy.

Yeah, it was really tough to be home without kids screaming all the time.

But it was even more tough to be here without my special Jessica, who I love spending time with, I love connecting with.

I almost didn't know what to do with myself at night as I was going to bed.

And so I decided, since I didn't have a Jessica here, I would just keep a running audio log of how I was feeling while you were gone.

So we could revisit it now.

You could see how I was feeling.

You're always encouraging me to share my emotions, not hold it all in.

And so that's exactly what I did.
