a bit of recovery walking down to the beach and then into the sea trying to ride the waves tell us about the sea swimming challenge how did that go down yeah it was really good I think boys were a bit anxious beforehand but once we got here and the weather was good waves were you could see the waves from a mile off and the boys got stuck in there was two teams and

a team came up came out on top which was which was nice we just had to basically swim out with these paddleboards pick rescue a few things from the sea and then get back as quick as you can so it was a race and we're all competitive men so we all want to win and can any player not swim

yeah so the boys who can't swim had to do different sort of exercises who's that name and shame who could can't swim

Marrow was out, I think he put his hand up, he can't swim, so he was just doing some deep sea breathing.

He was just standing there, he's a big enough man, so he went pretty far out.

He got a deal he likes, got a piece of Marrow too.

Now I think their exercise looked pretty tough as well, so it was good to see them as well.

So it sounds like it's been quite a relaxed few days maybe at the start, and then when do

you start turning attention to the game, to Argentina, to the autumn?
