What's up guys? I'm Jordan Robinson, host of the podcast, The Women's Hoops Show. We're heading towards the home stretch of the WMBA season, and there is so much to get into every episode. Twice a week, I'm joined by one of my amazing co-hosts as we dissect the biggest games, performances, and even some off-court drama. The playoffs are quickly approaching, and now is the best time to tune in. Who will come away is this year's champion? The competition is heating up, and so are we. Listen to and follow the women's hoop show, available now, wherever you get your podcasts. Can't get enough of the fan in the morning? Show enough. Because this is nothing like that. Twerking. Alan Jerry are here with stories they'd never get to cover on the morning show. Very sexy robot. Hey, look at that pig. Shenanagan. Naked yoga. My mother had a bad experience with these ghosts. Let's hump the fence. It's Alan Jerry's post-game podcast. All right, here we go. A Monday podcast for you as we begin Labor Day week, a final week of summer. And Al is out. He is home back next Tuesday. So I've got the man, the myth, the legend, the soon to be retired. The Eddie Scott. Eddie Jockerman. No. What's up, Eddie? Hello, podcast, people, and YouTube person. I've got to be honest. I can't do the YouTube person anymore. Oh, okay. The numbers are starting to bump up a little bit. They are. And I texted you, you didn't even reply. That's fine. Oh, the one that me and you did about two months ago, we're up over like 5,000 views. Wow. So we're moving a little bit. Okay. So I can't really say YouTube person anymore. It's not really working. All right. Well, is it, what are the average dailies? I would say the average dailies have gone from like 1,000 to like 1,500. Oh, wow. So they bumped up a little. Nothing crazy, but they bumped up. I didn't even know they were over 500. I thought because for a while there it was. Pretty pathetic. Yes. And there is still a pathetic one from time to time. There's no question about that. But I would say on average, there, if you look at them all now, relatively consistent over 1,500. And then a few have popped a little bit and again nothing crazy

2:04.7

and that's about maybe a little less than half of the daily audio only right that that does better

2:13.0

yeah the audio i believe the audio only is about 3,000 a day. All right. So we're getting there.

2:17.9

So we're getting there.

2:19.8

Interesting show this morning, especially for a Monday.

2:22.5

And it's so funny how when you, I was very comfortable going into today because I thought

2:27.3

I had several fun topics that we were going to get into.

2:30.8

And one of them was the, because of what happened in the tennis match last night, one

2:36.2

was those crazy events that you remember in sports. And I listed the five that came to

2:41.9

mind to me quickly. And it was amazing to me how it went in a, the show took off. Yes. And the

2:47.8

interest from the listeners in that topic. So yesterday, for instance, I did a Sunday show by myself from 830 to 1 here. And it was, I've never experienced call volume like this since the overnight days when I used to fill in for Joe. And it was awesome. Having like that fan engagement and it was all mostly about the Yankees,

3:09.1

some on the football for sure. I never expected that today. And it was neat having people be

3:14.4

that interested and also come up with so many new things I'd never heard of before. Right. And because

3:19.4

it wasn't just like say the bats wouldn't. Right. And thingsic, off-color things like that, people will call in about.

3:28.5

But you don't want to do hours on.

3:30.8

No, of course not.

3:31.7

But since this was sort of sports adjacent, in a way, we let it go.

3:37.9

And as Fleeks and I were looking at the calls coming in, I would say 80% of those people calling on that topic were new callers.

3:49.3

Which is great.

3:50.0

First time callers.

3:50.7

How about that?

3:51.4

So that's kind of neat.
