being in the gym. I can be a little bit bit more consistent but trying to stay on top of my health

all right how can you still like get up some weight like the old days like really push it up

you know it's crazy I was uh and I shouldn't be doing it but the other day we uh was in the gym right

and I was listening to my little wayne and I got I

got I got to leave him on I got to leave him alone when I'm working out because he

get me to run through a damn wall so I guess the way then we benched press and

I told my workout partner I said screw it put four or five on them hit it for three

then hit four twenty five I said that's enoughuh. Hit it for three, then hit four-twenty-five.

I said, that's enough.

I sent it to my old D-Line coach in Kansas City.

He snapped on me.
