Well, hello again. That week has gone fast, hasn't it? It's been cold, but sunny here in London.

Perfect weather for taking us out for a walk, run or whatever else you

get up to on your Sunday mornings. Now, this is the first time you found us. Welcome, Matthew Grant here,

partner at Instek, London. And this week we're talking about claims and I'm talking to Jeremy Himes,

founder of Claims Consortium Group. Now, for many people, claims and claims technology is something of a mystery.

And whilst there have been a few companies getting attention in this area, building new technology,

getting a strong client base and raising funding, such as Shift, Tractable, Ice Eye, Frist McKenzie

Intelligence Service, it still doesn't get as much attention as I think it should, given the

potential cost savings.

Jeremy has been building up his claims services business and having discovered the benefits

of building technology for his own operation is now making us available to clients.

We'll be talking about the Synergy Platform and how and why AA, that's the Automobile Association,

decided to work with Jeremy and his team.

And of course, a platform can't really function on its own in isolation.

So we talk about how partners, customers and new acquisitions such as Weathernet

integrate with synergy.
