And in a moment we're going to hear at length from Jeremy Hunt explaining the thinking behind his budget.

But also, I think it's worth revealing the negotiation that went on before the interview about how long we could have with him.

Because he said, 15 minutes, I've got to be out.

And I, we wanted longer.

And I said, well, when I interviewed President Obama, Chancellor,

I was told that the president's diary was segmented into 15 minute bits.

And I said, but if the president's enjoying himself, he'll give you longer.
