That's where we should begin and then we'll get to Anthony Barr who you have a ton of

experience with as a player when you were teammates, but this run, of what do you attribute to something as special

as this has been to put them right back in the middle of the playoff race,

Jeremiah.

Yeah, there's a couple things.

You know, the first thing I want to attribute it to is this locker room

and how they all care for each other and love for each other.

And it's so apparent on Phil, right? When you're not in a locker room, it's so apparent on film right when you're not in a lockroom it's

really hard to get a judge of man do they do they all love each other do they work for

each other they play for each other but when you watch the game and you see the emotion on the sideline every single snap,

guys on the offense celebrating with the defense and defense celebrate, like it's just this giant party

on the sideline of emotion and yes you're winning so it's a lot easier

but that carries over through the week right that carries over through how you work

for each other through the week and guys eating lunch with each other with smiles on

their faces and then when that goes into the playing field

You're like man. I'm playing really hard for that guy because we had lunch on Wednesday and we talked about his wife and I love that guy and I love how he loves on my kids or whatever it may be right there's so much that can go into that and then the second thing is just how much KOC has matured as a head coach this year

You know with way the year started people some going man maybe he was a one hit wonder maybe he wasn't the guy maybe this and to see the way that he's

been able to wrangle his teammates wrangle his staff, lead them by example, stand in front of the podium, take

the arrows when he needs to, you lose your franchise quarterback, like he has taken everything

in stride and found a way to keep that team while also putting together
