Tell me why Jeremiah 23, why are we talking about it today? There's lots of verses, there's lots of chapters in the Bible, Dawson. And we don't typically do verse by verse

Bible studies. Yeah, no, we don't. So what means this? It's very important for today. We're living

in a day where just like in Jeremiah's day that there's a lot of prophetic conflict.

In Jeremiah's day, there's actually a famous book written on this, a scholarly book called

Prophetic Conflict, which deals with the battles, because chapters 23 through about 29 are

nothing but Jeremiah's dealings with other prophets and the conflict that came

there due to people being deceived and being caught up in the spirit of the age and the beliefs

of their day and having having those beliefs shape and mold how they began to interpret what they thought they saw.
