whether that be a spleen or a stomach issue. I know I live with an ulcer, so I get that. So let me

pray. Jesus, I pray for my friend who is dealing with something internally,

an organ-related thing. I pray that you would give the doctor's keen insight into what's going on,

and I pray that you would just flat out heal them, even right now while I'm praying. I know you can.

And even if not, Lord, I pray that you would give my friend who's discouraged and hurting perseverance and the ability to trust you through this trial. I pray it in Jesus' name. Amen.

All right. Today I am reading from Jeremiah chapter 18 versus 1 through 12 in the

World English Bible and this is what it says. The word which came to Jeremiah from Yahweh saying,

Arise and go down to the Potter's house and there I will cause you to hear my words.

Then I went down to the Potter's house and behold he was making something on the wheels.

When the vessel that he made of the clay was marred in the hand of the potter, he made

it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

Then Yahweh's word came to me saying, House of Israel. Can't I do with you as this

potter, says Yahweh? Behold, as the clay in the potter's hands, so are you in my hand, House of Israel.
