Hey everyone, this is Mary Demuth and this is Pray Every Day, where I pray you through the Bible verse by verse.

So grateful to have you here today on this 11th day of November. I hope it's a good day for you.

I've been reading through some of the feedback that I've gotten from folks on Pray Every Day.

And so I'm going to continue that today. This is from, I think, let's see, I think it's from Christine, yes. I thought about sending you an email about how much the podcast means to me, but I figured enough people would. I didn't want to get between you and your request of the Lord. That was when I was asking about it. I will pray that you have the energy to continue. Your ministry is so important. I pray against

discouragement. We all battle it. And then Tara said, Mary, this is very kind. You are so beautiful.

And the joy of the Lord is shining on you. Be encouraged. Love you. And so thank you, Christine,

and Tara, for just letting me know and encouraging me about the

ministry of pray every day because that really does matter to me and brings me a lot of joy

and knowing that these daily podcasts where I'm standing behind a mic speaking to seemingly

no one actually is out there helping folks. So that's just really encouraging. Today we're in

Jeremiah 11. We're going to finish up chapter 11 versus 14 through 23 in the world English

Bible and this is what it says. Therefore don't pray for this people. Don't lift up a cry or prayer

for them for I will not hear them in the time that they cry to me because of their trouble.

What has my beloved to do in my house, since she has behaved lewdly with many, and the holy flesh has passed from you?

When you do evil, then you rejoice.

Yahweh called your name, a green olive tree beautiful, with good fruit, with the noise of a great roar he has kindled fire on it, and its branches are broken.

For Yahweh of armies who planted you has pronounced evil against you because of the evil of the house of Israel,

end of the house of Judah, which they had done to themselves in provoking

me to anger by offering incense to bail. Yahweh gave me knowledge of it, and I knew it. Then you

showed me their doings. But I was like a gentle lamb that has led to the slaughter. I didn't know

they had devised plans against me saying,

Let's destroy the tree with its fruit and let's cut him off from the land of the living,
