I'm just so glad you're with us and we get a chance everyone's so wild to talk about

the stuff that actually matters. You know, we feel overwhelmed. It just feels like it's

just got bigger and bigger and bigger. Then you don't make your decisions because you're

not operating from a place. If faith guides your steps, you're not operating from a place

of faith. If your steps are guided by a sense of just loving the people around you, you

just can't deal with people because you're overwhelmed. So today, I've got Jensen on

the podcast. And I want to hear about a book that you've written called Overcoming

When You Feel Overwhelmed. So welcome, Jensen. So glad to have you on the podcast.

Thank you, Bob. It's a great honor to be with you. I just got to tell you my 23-year-old

daughter, I was about to leave the house and I mentioned I was going to do a podcast. And

she said, who are you doing today? And I mentioned it was Bob Gough and all of a sudden she

goes crazy. And she says, that's the most inspiring man I have ever heard a read after.

I thought to myself writing over anybody that can touch a 23-year-old and like them

up, I mean, she started smiling just when she heard your name.

So please greet her for me. I just think altogether we make one really

well-adjusted person, but it takes all of us, you know, like from every flavor. And that's

what really who's attracted to this podcast, just such a wide cross-section of people for

many faith is a really big deal. And it guides their every move. And for others, they're

just trying to figure out life. And whether faith guides your steps or not, we're all trying

to figure out life. So tell us about some tips about when you get overwhelmed, like some

people will turtle. They'll just go head, tail, legs, inside, full turtle mode. And those
