Really glad you joined us today. We've got a very important program. I do want you to know that today's topic is not for young listening ears. We're talking today about human trafficking in the U.S. It's happening globally. We've covered that plenty of times on the show, but we're going to talk about domestically what's going on. This is Human Trafficking Awareness Month, and I've got two

mighty local heroes in studio to talk about this today. I want you to know we're going to give

away several copies of my book, Embracing Your Freedom. And this book is several years old,

but 50% of the royalties goes back into fighting human trafficking. And it's about your freedom because the enemy wants to hold you captive. And so there are people who are living free, who are total captives. And it's about her freedom. In between each chapter, there's a story of somebody who's been a slave. And as you pray for your freedom, you're also going to pray for

her freedom. It's a pretty meaty read. I always say it's like a boot camp for the soul because

you're contending for your freedom. And then you're getting a more global perspective,

understanding that there are millions and millions and millions of slaves today, more than the

days of the transatlantic slave trade, which is hard to believe, but it's

Jenny Almquist and Stephanie Page are the two warriors that I'm talking about today. They work

locally to address the issue of human trafficking domestically. They're here to tell you some stories, to share updated information,

and to offer hope in the midst of the most base crime against humanity. We're going to get
