Jennifer Kainen used to work for Michael Bair. Here's Debbie Melma.

Jennifer Kainen used to work for Michael Beirut at Pentagram, and she was the art director for Grafise.

Bobby Martin used to lead internal teams at Nokia in London and at Jazz at Lincoln Center.

A couple of years ago they founded O. C.D. the original Champions of Design, a branding and

design agency. They are a small shop, but some of their clients, like the

W.N. B. A. and the Girl Scouts of the USA are anything but. Jennifer Kainan is a colleague of mine

at the School of Visual Arts in New York,

and both Jennifer and Bobby are here

to talk about their careers, their work,

and their partnership.
