I was going to say if they're ice cubes, we take the little pages that are ice cold, we use them as ice cubes in your fancy drink and in that way we create a whole new beverage.

My favorite drink.

So every sip has a different temperature like when you're swimming in a lake and swimming in a warm.

Oh my god, I love it when you take a sip and there's like a hot part at the top and then an icy part at the bottom.

Who is serving you coffee like that?

I make it myself Claire.

It's my signature dish.
