And one of the problems with this case with Nathan Common and Harmony Montgomery is the case hasn't went to trial yet.

So in Nathan Common's case, I was wondering if anybody out there heard anything on his GPS and his computer

hard drive, I see reports that they're missing. I see other seemingly credible reports that

they've been destroyed. It's a big difference, and I think it'll mean a lot in court. So if

But man, what a strange case. He's scheduled to go to trial. He's actually being held without bail

in federal lockup.

He's been charged federally in this case, I think, because there's just so many overlapping jurisdictions here.
