Hey guys, what's up? This is Jacques. Welcome back to One Popular. I have one of my Twitter friends on the pod today, Richard Mills. I've known him for years on and off. I don't know how we found each other, but we've been following each other for years, and he's a gay, black, conservative, and I thought he would have some interesting takes on the

whole Jenny Nguyen fired by Bravo for her anti-BLM posts. I thought he would give us a little bit

of a different perspective, because we've all heard the white Bravo podcasters being like,

how do I make this about me and show that I'm an ally, which is a valid opinion,

but let's just get into it from like someone that has a little bit of a different take on it.

And we talked about the whole Joe Rogan boycott thing.

You guys, as you can imagine, I'm very

fired up about that. You know, I'm like, I'm very easily triggered. I'm a snowflake when

it comes to people dissing Joe Rogan. I can't take it. My like brain collapses on itself.

If you follow me on Instagram at Unpopular JP, I've been doing some Rogan rants. Can I just say if you are

going to come for Joe Rogan, which is fine. If you have criticism for Joe Rogan, which is fine,

I'm sure your criticism is valid. Like, please at least kind of watch the show and know what he's

about. I just, people send me stuff sometimes. It's like anti-Rogan. And I'm like, you'd never listen to him. You've taken this out of context. You have no idea what he's about. Like, it's so fucking annoying. You're judging now his whole personality off of a 10 second clip you saw on Twitter, like at least kind of like, know the lay of the fucking land. I don't even know if I use that like analogy, right? I don't even

know if I said analogy correctly. But you guys know what I mean. Also, Richard and I, we talked

about and just like that, which I've yet to discuss on the pod because I don't watch sex in

the city. I never have. I tried to once. And then I heard that Kerry was doing a voiceover and I'm like,

I can't watch a show where the main character is explaining to me what's happening on screen

every three seconds. Like, I can figure it out myself without your voiceover, so I didn't watch it. But

I have been kind of following all of the media stuff around it. I haven't I don't think I've discussed it all

season uh on the pod and I know that people are like even when I post something about and just

like that on Twitter um or Instagram people are like really like have a lot of fucking opinions

about it so I just thought let's just let me talk about it
