I have to go so far down that process where I am like sitting on the ledge with my legs dangling

over a decade of experience as an executive in the digital media space, working at companies like

Pop Sugar and Time Inc. Jen joined Reddit in 2018 and now she is best known for leading business

growth and advertising on the platform. Thanks to her leadership, Reddit's ad revenue has scaled

to well over $100 million. And this year she was named number one on Fast Company's Queer 50

List, which honors LGBTQ plus women and nine binary leaders across many industries, including
