she's an incredible athlete and she also Jen Welter was the first woman NFL coach in

history an extraordinary person who is breaking barriers and you know this office

that you're in is about breaking barriers.

We're about first.

When I ran Lee Steinberg was always about first and I look up on the wall today with you coming in

and I saw Marlon Brisco, Doug Williams, Warren Moon,

and last night I was watching the game with Lamar Jackson and Michael Vick on the sideline.

I took my son to that game and I'm thinking to myself, when will the day come when, you know,

it's just not like having a black quarterback.

They were just quarterbacks out there.

And now I want to see, I have three daughters,

and I want to see them with the same options and opportunities that I was given as a kid that wasn't true.

I don't think people give credit to Marlon Brisco, Doug Williams, Warren Moon enough of how many

chuckle, sneers, and laughs that they faced before people applauded them.

And so I want to get down and dirty with you about the chuckle, sneers and laughs, because this is an
