Why is improv a skill that can help us in the dating world, which is an area where

maybe we need help the most?

I think that when we're thinking about dating

and especially thinking about first and second dates

when we're getting to know someone,

there's so much pressure to appeal to that person's wants

or to connect with that person

or to have them be part of our expectations.

So I think that these like what if really tap into all of our nervousness and make us

not the best versions of ourselves.

So when you're tapping into more of an improv mindset, you're thinking more about being

in the moment, being in the here and now, as opposed to,

oh, well, what if this is my future husband or wife or partner, and I would get old with them like the movie up one day.

Now, you teach improv dating classes. So tell us more about what is involved in those and typically why people want to come.
