Dr. Johnny Cobb is embarking on a research project of his own.

Uncovering inequality was born out of the public protest after the murder of George Floyd

in 2020.

Cobb and a team of researchers have spent over two years studying and

analyzing the institutionalized racial inequities in America in five

categories, housing, education, health care, criminal justice, and economics.

With the hope of reframing how journalists understand and report on these inequities

and how Americans digest and perceive them,

COB's research project sets out to reveal the extent of

systemic racism ingrained into our present-day society here in the United States.

How did we get here? What are some possible solutions that exist to solve such a deeply rooted

issue? Well, Johnny Cobb joins me now to offer some of his insight, what he's learned so
