Genesis chapter 22.

And we are going to be studying the name of God, Jehovah Jira.

Jehovah Jira.

And this is one of my favorite stories in all the Bible.

And again, we've been looking at four different names of the

Lord found here in the Old Testament, Jehovah Nisi, Jehovah Rafa, Jehovah Shalom. And now we're

going to end with Jehovah Jira in Genesis chapter 22. I think we use this phrase, often maybe Christians use this phrase, Jehovah Jira,

it just means the Lord will provide.

And I'm going to talk about that at the end of this study.

But we use that a lot.

And, you know, a lot of cool Christian coffee shops, Jehovah Java and all that.

It's like, you know, will there be coffee in heaven?

Of course there will be.

I guarantee it.

Well, I shouldn't

guarantee it. I have no idea. But I think it will. But we use this phrase a lot. It just means,

you know, God provides. Jehovah Jira, the Lord provided. He did it. I have a lot of Jehovah Jira stories

in my life. And most of them were actually, you know, in my later college and married years. It was not,

you know, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not the brightest person, you know, I, my dad or mom will call

me, you know, it's a blonde moment and I don't mean to offend any blondes in there. But I'll

have moments where I just am clueless.
