Okay, well, hopefully the building you're in doesn't suffer some, you know,

renovation work without much notice or I heard DC is just, it's just

mad max in terms of crime. Is that been your experience or did Donald Trump get a handle on that?

I think President Trump got a handle on it, John.

Okay, good, good. Small miracles. But anyway, very glad to have you here. As we were

prepping to go live, I was like going over in my mind what I was going to say for the dropping it. And then I remember not technically a power panel also because Jake is out of town. But I still think we're going to have a lot of fun, not only because we have you, but also because we have some awesome stories that I think you're gonna be really interested in, including updates on the New York mayoral race.

We've got some developments over in Gaza, and just a lot of terrible money, a lot of corruption,

a lot of blatant criminality. You know, it's America, it's 2025. So we're going to dive into it. Everybody out there, if you're watching live, definitely give us a little algorithmic boost, hitting a like button and all of that stuff. But with all that said, Nina, you ready to do this thing? I'm ready. I just want to say, I hope people know I was joking when I said President Trump got a handle on it.

I mean, I was just here. I hope they know, John, I was just here last weekend. I saw the National Guard out in real time. I'm in the Navy Yard area and it was just really surreal. And all they were doing was huddled up among themselves having a conversation. I mean, you want to talk about a waste of time and a waste of resources.

But here we are, but I just wanted our audience to know I was joking.
