Summary

34-year-old Jeffrey Couture began an internet chat with with a decoy posing as a 13-year-old girl. He asked the girl if he could have sex with her and if she had ever received oral sex. He reached the sting house and struck up a conversation with the decoy. She said she had a surprise, which made Couture very happy. Chris later shows himself and made light of the fact that he wasn't the surprise Couture had anticipated.
