Again you're getting me like in these problems all the time because today I'm eating

my mush.

I'm on 14 days no sugar added which I've done a few times during the pandemic but I'm

back because I've really I've been getting fatter.

You're telling me the body's not popping again.

I got to get back in shape.

But anyway, the body's popping for about four seconds, but whatever it is, but the mush

I'm eating this morning and Sarah all of a sudden is like, do you really eat that while

you're doing the podcast?

I'm like, and I didn't even remember you said it.

I said, I don't know.

She said, well, Kevin says that you wait till it starts and she says you make kind of strange

sound.

So I don't think that's a good idea for the podcast.

And to see you're like, anytime you're eating and talking, it's weird.

Especially that though.

Okay.

I'm not eating right now.

I like when we take a break.
