| 1:23.0 | Well, at the simplest level, marketing used to be all about being madmen. |
| 1:28.0 | And now it's all about doing admin. |
| 1:31.0 | And you know, we have more data, more to do's, more channels, more options. |
| 1:36.0 | But yet we're still the same old human beings bottom line. |
| 1:40.0 | The bottom line for me is if we're going to be successful moving forward, |
| 1:44.0 | I believe marketers have to rethink how they even look at their job and their role within the organization. |
