During MLB Trade deadline, what is your actual life like on a day to day in terms of how you get it done and how you build these passing bombs?

Well, we can start with the lack of sleep, but nobody really cares about that.

as we are taping this episode at 10 o'clock eastern I am eating pizza

because I did not eat very much at all during the actual trade deadline itself because there's no time like

caloric intake, who cares? There are trades to be done and let me tell you man over the last week there have been a lot of trades that were

executed at what people around the game considered a pretty boring deadline and it just goes to show by

baseball standards interest tends to equal stars but that doesn't necessarily

impact the action that is going on.
