Mariners pitcher Hector Santiago became the first guy ejected from a game under MLB's new enforcement

against pitchers using quote-unquote sticky stuff, breaking the rules to help them grip the ball.

It's been about a week since spot checks began, and ESPN MLB insider Jeff Passett is here

to tell us why guys are getting undressed coming off the field.
