I'm your host, Kerry Mealstein,

and I'm so happy to have with me today,

my dear friend and really in many ways a mentor

and a colleague and everything else,

Jeff Chadwick, who when I was a student in Jerusalem,

was the Ancient Near Eastern Studies teacher.

And both times I've gone back to Jerusalem.

He's taught that same course there.

And I would say I feel like I'm a decent biblical geographer in the Holy Land.

But that's really because I was there with Jeff, who is, if not the best,

then one of the best in the church and what I've learned and abilities I've gained. I've gained

from Jeff. He's an archaeologist, has been working in Israel for a very long time. I did

studies both in Jerusalem and at the U, and I don't know what else. But anyway, we'll

let him introduce himself. But welcome, Jeff. Thanks for coming on with us. Hey, it's great to be here,

Kerry. And it must be the deep voice guys session here. That's right. We always had a good time

in Israel together that we could boom some base out to all the students

and they could hear us from far away.

Yeah, we've spent about three years there together, as I recall, or parts of three different years.
