With Alvin Moore out there is still open the possibility of the season?

I mean, I think the possibility is there, but I'm not counting on it, you know, so we'll see.

You mentioned with Nazar that you feel like he's more successful.

He gets low on the breakout.

I'd like to hear more about how you feel like that helps him?

Well he's, I think most players, like when they get low, they're just more available for the puck.

And so like ultimately, if you get up too high too early, then you end up honestly standing still and you can't build your speed. If it gets low and he's available for the puck, then he can build the speed. It's all relative to where the puck is, where the puck's going, the puck pressure, that is the puck going up to the wing. If you get above the winger, then you have no chance to get a bump back underneath and with that speed. So, you know, he's just a guy who's, I think, naturally does pretty good job building speed through the middle of the ice.

What would you like to see from this group for this final four stretch finishing out the season here at home?

The same kind of approach that we've taken, you know, really since the trade deadline, my messaging has been the same.

It's, you know, I think it's really important. We have a group of guys in that locker room who, for the most part, giving a guy, take a guy out, to put a guy in, that's going to be our team a year from now. And so we want to finish much higher than we did this year. Well, you've got to take steps forward. And so, you know, these are opportunities to continue to grow our game and take steps forward that if we waste them we got to take them at some other

point and if we take steps backwards that just makes the climb even harder so

you know these have been extremely meaningful games for us and they remain

extremely meaningful you know the other side of it is you yeah, I think you have, you know, we have four games at home,

making sure that we, you know, we say to our fans, what, how good this team is when we play good,

how good we can be and how good we will be.

Landon Slager's been playing pretty well on that fourth line.

What have you seen from him lately? Yeah, Slag's, you know, I thought two games ago especially at a really good game. Like when Slaggs at his best, he's on the four check disrupting disrupting plays, creating turnovers, going to the net, and a good penalty killer. Those are kind of the things that I think he does best. You know, and I think he's done a

pretty good job of that overall lately. It's just, you know, kind of providing that North-South game

and energy. How meaningful could these games be for Kretzinski? He seems like he's more confident and

maybe just what that means for next season, kind of building off that? Yeah, I think every time a guy

plays, you get a chance to kind of build your resume, you know, old and young. And sometimes for an older guy, it's, you know, showcasing where your game still have. Sometimes for a young guy, it's showcasing, you know, your growth and what you can do. And so, you know, I wouldn't, you know, it's important for all our young D, and certainly him included,
