What would you tell someone who is in that decision phase right now where they are the

entrepreneur, they're toying with the idea of motherhood, but they are just in this headspace

where like, I don't know if I can make this all work. Let's say. What's your best advice?

One, you will never be ready to have a baby. You're always just going to continue to move,

as they say the goalposts, you will be like,

when I hit that next milestone, when I hit that next milestone, there will always be a milestone

you can make up. So you will actually never be ready to have a baby. So one, I would drop almost like

the list of things you think you want to do before having a baby because you'll just keep adding to it.

But two, I think the biggest question and something we talked about here is how do you think you want to do before having a baby because you'll just keep adding to it. But two, I think the biggest question and something we talked about here is, how do you

think being a mom will make you better as a business owner? And if right now it gives you a lot

of anxiety and you're like, I don't know, then maybe just wait a little. But if you're thinking

and you're starting to find yourself visualizing, wow, building a business that my child will be proud of or being an example for my child or I'm going

to get more creative. I'm going to have more work life balance going to be forced to. If those things

start popping into your mind, you probably are ready to have a child. So it's more about how can

my life be better by building a family.
