So, Molly, we saw the Supreme Court actually toss out one of these bogus Republican laws that was

cooked up to mess with immigration.

Yeah.

So this is a politically tinged lawsuit, and it's about a high-profile crash in Florida last year, which involved a commercial truck driver from India, and three people died.

And basically the Supreme Court on Tuesday, they threw out a long-shot lawsuit where Florida

sought to sue California and Washington for allegedly allowing people who enter the country illegally

to obtain commercial truck driver's licenses.

This is this Stephen Miller stuff where you want to make it so that people who came into

this country illegally cannot get jobs and cannot support their families.

And basically it was thrown out by the court.

The people who dissented are Fox News brain, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, who have never found a partisan issue, they do not want to be partisan in.

And the lawsuit alleges that Democratic-led states' defiance of federal immigration laws led them to flout federal safety regulations.
