Wyman welcome back Chris. Thank you Jay good to be back. We got a bunch of

interesting stuff to cover hopefully you are staying healthy and doing well.

Oh yeah, definitely healthy. Yep, just running around, doing our thing, you know.

You are, you are doing any of those virtual marathons or anything like that?

Yeah, actually this week I've got a couple runs I have to do.

Training run for a full marathon, so I'll be running about 23 miles I think.

Yeah.

And not quite a full marathon.

You just kind of, it's like on your honor, you just kind of keep track of stuff and then submit it?

Yeah, I have an app on my phone that keeps track of my miles so I go out at, you know,

either really late at night, start at like midnight and run until like two or three in the morning, or I'll start at three o'clock in the morning and run until about six or something.

So I just kind of do it when there's not a lot of people around and when it's the coolest out.
